LandWatch

LandWatch is a geospatial monitoring platform for agricultural land portfolios in Brazil. Using AlphaEarth Foundations AI embeddings — built from Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, Landsat, and climate data at 10 m resolution — it identifies, tracks, and supports the recovery of unproductive farmland before degradation becomes irreversible. The MVP dashboard covers 9 properties and 23,430 hectares, with eight years of historical data from 2017 to 2024. An interactive map surfaces productivity scores per property, while dedicated views for alerts, reports, and layers let managers assess portfolio health at a glance: 3 critical alerts, an average score of 62/100, and status breakdowns across productive, declining, recovering, and degraded land. Each property detail panel combines NDVI indicators, year-over-year score history, and biome-specific recommendations for Cerrado, Amazônia, and Pantanal — turning satellite signal into actionable insight for sustainable land management.
